Victoria is the consummate travel agent. I have dealt with her regularly since 2013 and she is my "GO TO" travel agent. Since then I've completed more than 12 trips organized by Victoria but since the system will only recognize one, I've chosen the Douro River. An escorted tour led by Victoria. Every aspect of the trip from pre departure planning through air travel, the cruise itself and post cruise issues were considered and arranged in a most meticulous manner.
